I offer counselling in one hour appointment slots. My focus is simply on helping people achieve the best outcome they can, We work together and collaborate in identifying problems and strategies to tackle those problems. You are the expert on you and I have skills and experience to help you move on. Book for one session (no obligation) and decide for yourself if we can work together.
